With customizable colors and shapes, we help you achieve a cohesive set of wedding reception details that reflect your taste and personality. No need to fuss with DIY design programs or find printers—everything is done for you and delivered to your door.
Here’s how it works:
- Upon purchase, you’ll receive a wedding seating chart template to plug in your guest’s names and table assignments in the desired format.
- Once we receive your content, a digital proof is emailed back to you within 2-5 business days for final approval.
- Once approved, your sign is sent to print!

We average about 2-5 business days to send you a final proof. From there, you can select your shipping speed at checkout.

The nitty gritty
Material: Our wedding seating charts are printed on a rigid and durable 4.7mm foamcore board which is light and endlessly versatile. This saves on shipping costs for you and allows full color printing and custom shapes to match your wedding theme.
Size+Layout: Two sizes are available: 24"x40" for up to 150 guest names. 30"x48" for up to 250 guest names. Layout variations might occur in efforts to fit as many guests as possible for each sign.
To hang or not to hang?: Our wedding seating charts will sit nicely on an easel but can also be laser drilled with holes for hanging (we do not currently provide stands). Our stylish vinyl straps are the perfect add-on accessory and are designed to coordinate with our signs. If mediums and colors are critical for your order, we recommend ordering our signage sample cards.
How will it arrive?
Your signage will arrive securely packaged and ready for you to use. Please note that accessories and paper goods are shipped separately from signage.
